We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Specialist to join our TPA team. The successful candidate will manage the claims process, from intake to resolution, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process insurance claims
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and third-party providers
- Ensure timely resolution of claims
- Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance, finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in claims management
- Familiarity with TPA software systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
