We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to ensure that our TPA operations comply with state and federal regulations. This role will involve monitoring regulatory changes, implementing policies, and conducting regular audits of our processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies
- Conduct internal audits and investigations
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations
- Educate staff on compliance matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in TPA compliance or regulatory roles
- Strong understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, and other relevant laws
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
